Following the completion of her internship, Dr. Valley-Gray completed state certification requirements in school psychology.  She served as a district school psychologist for the Miami Dade County Public School System, developing an expertise in the evaluation of children within the autistic spectrum and children who sustained a traumatic brain injury. Dr. Valley-Gray completed a post-doctoral residency in clinical neuropsychology also at Nova.

Dr. Valley-Gray has additionally worked on the development of various phases of treatment/research grants, at community mental health agencies, in private practice, and more recently as an independent practitioner at the Miami Children’s Hospital Dan Marino Center.
